Team Building At Your Office

Onsite Indoor Team Building

There has been growing demand for team building activities to be delivered onsite at a client’s offices. There are many advantages in doing this; participants don’t have to travel to a location which saves time and costs. It’s also ideal for companies who find it hard to leave the office during working hours. A team building session can be held at the end of the day with relatively little of the working day lost.

Previously this sort of team building session would involve fairly basic activities, but we have evolved our indoor range to be almost as comprehensive as our outdoor selection. Obviously quad bikes and archery are out, unless you have an unusual working environment. However, our popular Crystal Challenge has an indoor version and Chocolate Making is always a popular choice.

These are just a couple of the many options available to you, so visit our website or give us a call to find out about the full range on offer. Times have changed and it’s not always possible to have a two day offsite at a hotel. However, team building is as important as ever and we are constantly adapting to meet our clients’ needs.

Interesting alternatives. It makes sense that people are moving team building into their offices in the current market conditions.

Good idea, but do you find that people arrive late and get called away more often when an event is on their own premises?

It does happen and that can be frustrating. You have to cover that with the client before the event and while we can recommend that people are allowed to focus it’s ultimately not really our place.

There are many advantages to going away to a nice hotel for team building, but business is a tougher place these days.

It’s good to have the option available. Getting away from the workplace is ideal, but if that is too difficult, an event in the workplace still brings most of the benefits of team building with it. It might also make it easier for the learning to relate to the workplace, as it is taking place in context.
