The Parmesan Job is a high level treasure hunt themed on the nearly eponymous film. Teams travel around in Minis solving puzzles and following a route in an adventure to find missing gold.

And now for a round up of team building activities in 2011. It was undoubtedly a great year for The Parmesan Job, the fabulous Italian Job themed treasure hunt in which teams run around in brand new Minis looking for stolen gold. We updated the event and gave it a marketing push and it literally flew out of the door, with excellent client feedback after the events. It really is a cracking team building event.
The Parmesan Job
Country Sports, where a selection of activities including Laser Clays, Archery and Quad Bikes was popular as always. Our proper off road Segways are thoroughly enjoyed by clients, most never having tried them before.
Team building with cookery remained popular and our Chocolate Making, which we believe to be the best available in the industry, was often out.

RIBs in action
Progressive Resources has launched The Parmesan Job II, the sequel to their flagship Parmesan Job team building event.
Progressive pioneered the use of actors on team building events to create a plot linking all of the activities on a day. Thousands of participants have enjoyed the original Parmesan Job experience and this new event picks up the story where the old plot finished.
In the original event each team was given the keys to a new Mini Cooper. In the sequel teams use Land Rovers to chase the gold across country, RIBs on The Solent as the action takes to water and, budget allowing, helicopters to give a full land, sea and air experience.
It has to be the most exciting team building experience on offer!

The Parmesan Job
The Parmesan Job is an excellent fun team building event. The storyline is a tribute to the famous film The Italian Job. Characters play out a plot based around a gold heist and participants play along to try to stop the crime before it happens. Each team has a selection of resources including a map, clue pack and disguises. They also get a new Mini to use for the day.

One excellent source for fun team building activities is Progressive Resources, the team building company. They have a wide range of events including Crystal Challenge, based on The Crystal Maze with a variety of activities to choose from. The Parmesan Job is also very popular. It’s an event based on The Italian Job in which teams drive around in Minis following clues and ultimately ‘blowing the doors off’a white van. Great fun!
