Sometimes a team building activity needs to return more than fun. There are programmes such as Belbin and Myers Briggs which are personality profiles. Using these tools you can learn about individuals in a team and also have a look at how the whole team fits together, where it is strong and where there might be gaps.

Programmes can also be tailor-made to specific objectives, for example communication and leadership or to back up a business plan.

The actual activities can be themed to the objective of the event. This is particularly suited to our Crystal Challenge style events. The main thing is to ensure that the participants still have fun and enjoy the process. When this happens the learning is much more effective.
