Handling An Owl

Falconry and owl handling is available as an activity in the Country Sports range. This fits into the category of social team bonding; a pleasant shared experience that a team can talk about and remember. This is an interesting area because it is often described as not team building or not effective in any meaningful way. However, it has its place. Some teams don’t want to have a serious team building experience with theory and a facilitator making sense of things. Sometimes the right thing for a team is to relax and enjoy something special together.

A great experience. I bet the team are still talking about this now – that’s why it’s effective team bonding.
